We contacted Camarillo Tree Service based on Angie’s List reviews for pruning a large Japanese maple and two liquid amber trees. We wanted experienced professionals, especially for our prized maple, and liked that they follow ANSI standards. Art provided a prompt estimate, and we hired them. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. For about the same cost as our previous service two years ago, this crew’s work was noticeably better. We would definitely use them again!

Charles and his crew did a very thorough and professional work on our new property, from the initial walk of the property to the final clean-up. I’ve worked with Charles on other properties for many years and always been happy with his high-quality work. High standards, well-trained crews, professional service, and sensible prices. The team of three men arrived on time, we’re very professional, did a great job and checked back several times to make sure they had trimmed enough or whether I felt more trimming was necessary. I really appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to ask them, that they checked back with me without my asking. They left a spotless back and front yard and took away all the debris. Our trees and bushes have never looked so good. I will definitely use them next year.

I contacted the company on April 3rd for a quote. Charles came out on Saturday, April 5th. That afternoon he emailed me a quote, which was $500.00 less than a local competitor. I immediately decided to go with Camarillo Tree and Landscape. I scheduled the work and Charles worked with me to get an immediate removal day despite their busy schedule. The work was completed today. I am very happy with the services provided and the price. I was also happy with the customer service the business provided.

They showed up as expected, and took the tree down in two days. They were courteous and cleaned up. The only things that went wrong were: 1. a sprinkler head was damaged, which was repaired the day after the tree was down; and 2. a section of fence was damaged and was repaired as soon as they could get their man on the job. The owner painted it and it looks great!

Charles is very knowledgeable and professional. Will hire him in the fall for pruning and foliar spraying of my fruit trees.

Arborist Crew did a great, efficient job trimming numerous trees on our property. We had several large safety concerns, including a huge pine leaning toward the house and Eucalyptus with heavy limbs from last year’s rains, plus olives and a sycamore. Everything needed to be done before winter winds and rain. Charles gave a thorough assessment and a very reasonable quote. I appreciated working with a certified arborist crew. They were professional and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!

We have used Camarillo Tree Service on an annual basis for many years. Once a year, they come out to trim hedges, trees, etc. Their work is flawless. They trim, shape, and thin trees the way the work should be done. No “chop it off a the top and worry about how it looks for the next 2 years”. They are efficient, friendly, always responsive, always on time. And, the yard is spotless after they leave. I most highly recommend them.

Arborist Crew / Camarillo Tree Service just did a major job at my house. They did expert work, cleaned up completely, showed up promptly, were professional, and completed the job in less time than expected. I’ve hired them before, and I’ll get them again. Also good for firewood and landscaping.

Arborist Crew was next door trimming and cleaning up our neighbor’s yard and I asked Charles if he would mind giving me an estimate to trim two olive trees in our front yard. Not only did he come by to give us the estimate the crew came over and did the work today. The trees look amazing, the price was fair and they cleaned up my yard better than it was before they arrived, Thank you Arborist Crew!

Charles came out promptly to look at a large limb broken off one of our trees and gave us a very thorough assessment of what should be done for the health of the trees and our safety. After a minor email glitch a very pleasant and competent crew came out two days later and did a great job with all four of our flowering pears. Will use them regularly from now on.

Charles Saxe, the owner and a certified arborist, did an excellent job pruning my tree. He’s done great work for many neighbors and was able to fit me in quickly. The crew was professional, fully insured, and used proper equipment. They pruned the tree beautifully with no sap leakage, gave helpful advice on fertilizing and maintenance, and left everything spotless. Very efficient and high-quality service — I highly recommend them!

I had two large trees removed from my backyard by the Arborist Crew. They provided a quick on-site assessment and emailed a formal estimate within an hour. Communication was excellent throughout. They called at 8:15am to say they were coming, and by 10:10am both trees were gone with the yard perfectly cleaned up—in under two hours! Highly, HIGHLY recommend them. Arrived on time with all needed equipment. Evaluated the best manner for cutting down, in small sections this very large tree in the back of my patio area. They worked very carefully. It is a day of noise with the chain saw and chipper working. The clean-up was well done. I have used this company before and will call them again when needed.

I had used this company in the past and was very happy with their work. Called and got a quick appointment for an estimate for some yard work at my parents house. The owner, Charles, came out and we did a walk around to discuss what needed to be done. I relied on his expertise to decide what needed to be removed or just pruned. The workers showed up in the morning right on time and the foreman went through the estimate to confirm the work to be done. The crew worked hard and fast and were done with the removals, pruning and clean-up by 2:30 that afternoon. I’m very happy with the way the yard looks. They did a great job for a great price.

Wonderful service! Their crew is experienced and so good at thinning out trees instead of chopping the tops off. We have been using them every year for 5 years and never had a problem. We have around 40 trees on the property and they bring enough people to get the job done in one day. Very responsive, quality work, reasonable pricing. They are not the cheapest but worth every penny. Very happy. Our trees always look beautiful.

A 40-50ft tree fell across our street in Monday morning winds. We contacted Camarillo-Moorpark Tree and Landscape, and they responded immediately. An estimator arrived the same day and a crew removed the entire tree by 4:30 PM, with excellent cleanup. Fast, professional service — I highly recommend them!

He is an arborist who cuts trees. We’ve used them in the past to cut other trees. They are very professional and trustworthy. They are easy to work with and they are very good at what they do. We would use them again.

Once again, as with previous times I’ve used this company, they did a great job. They arrived right on time, (7:15) worked quickly and carefully and were done with the work and clean-up by 3:00 that afternoon. The pruned trees look beautiful and you can’t tell that the huge pine tree that was removed was ever there. I was amazed at how they were able to do so much without damaging the fences or surrounding plants. I’m very happy with the work that was done.

I called Camarillo Tree Service at the end of April for tree trimming and ivy removal. They emailed a very reasonable estimate by Monday and patiently worked around my schedule. The crew arrived on time, did a professional job, finished in three hours, and cleaned up perfectly — even honoring the original quote when the ivy took extra work. Extremely happy and will use them again!

On-time and on-budget. clean-up was excellent and crew size was perfect to get-in do the job and get-out in half-a-day.
